Hopper Bottom Silo

Hopper Bottom silo is best for materials discharging. As the whole silo grain and seeds weight pressure is on the hopper structure, it is suggested that the silo volume should be within 1500ton for safety considerations.

The hopper angle can be 40degree, 45 degree, 55 degree, 60 degree and max 75 degree. For good liquidity materials, the silo angle can be 40 degree. The smaller the angle, the shorter the silo height, ease the hopper structure pressure and save silo cost. The weaker the materials liquidity is, the bigger hopper angle is. This leads to the higher silo height and high cost.
