JCPD Alveograph

JCPD Alveograph is a special detection instrument used to detect the rheological properties of dough. It simulates the dough’s viscoelasticity, ductility and baking performance by simulating the deformation of the dough during the fermentation and baking stages of the laboratory. The bubble dynamometer is mainly used for wheat breeding, wheat processing and circulation quality evaluation of wheat and flour, especially for the evaluation of low-gluten flour.
